Ingredients

  • 120g lean beef strips
  • 75g dried egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet chili sauce (instead of sriracha)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

    Cook noodles per packet instructions, then drain and set aside

    Heat oil in wok over high heat and stir-fry beef strips for 3-4 minutes until browned

    Add bell pepper and broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp

    Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil to the wok

    Toss everything together for 2 minutes until well combined and heated through

  6. 6

    Garnish with sliced spring onions before serving
