Ingredients

  • 450g chicken (cut into strips)
  • 300g noodles (dried weight)
  • 300g broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 200g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 150g sugar snap peas
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 chillies (sliced)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Chinese 5-spice
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

    Cook noodles according to packet instructions, drain and set aside

    Season chicken with Chinese 5-spice and paprika

    Heat sesame oil in a large wok or pan

    Stir-fry chicken until cooked through, then set aside

    Add garlic and chillies, stir for 30 seconds

    Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes

    Add sugar snaps, cook for another 2 minutes

    Return chicken to the pan with noodles

    Add soy sauce and toss everything together
